How It Works:

- Community Endorsement: Eligible applicants who match local criteria receive a Community Letter of Endorsement.
- Provincial Nomination: Endorsed applications are submitted to the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) for official provincial assessment.
- Federal Permanent Residency: Once nominated provincially, candidates apply federally to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for their Permanent Resident (PR) Visa.
Key Application Rules & Restrictions:
- Critical Intake Deadline: The current active application cycle strictly closes on July 31, 2026, at 3:00 PM CST.
- Priority Candidate Profiles: Special selection priority is allocated to individuals who previously completed studies within Manitoba or possess direct work history within the five specified communities.
- Endorsement Status: A Community Letter of Endorsement acts strictly as a formal recommendation; it does not automatically guarantee provincial nomination or final federal visa approval.
