- 1 year Canadian + 1 year foreign work, CLB 9+: 38 points
- 2 years Canadian + 1 year foreign work, CLB 9+: 50 points (the max)
- 1 year Canadian + 1 year foreign work, CLB 7-8: 26 points
- 2 years Canadian + 1 year foreign work, CLB 7-8: 38 points
Two things stand out: CLB level matters as much as years worked, and 2 years of Canadian experience combined with just 1 year of foreign work can hit the full 50-point cap.
