If you have applied for Permanent Residence under the Francophone Community Immigration Pilot (FCIP), you may be eligible to secure a 2-year work permit while your application is processed.
Work Permit Conditions
- Exclusive to applicants under the Francophone Community Immigration Pilot.
- Valid for up to 2 years.
- Allows you to work only for your designated employer.
Requirements to Qualify
- Hold an eligible offer of employment from a designated employer.
- Receive a formal recommendation from a participating community.
- Meet the general eligibility criteria to apply for a Canadian work permit.
